An (automatic) water mist screen is a reliable, permanently installed fire control system. It consists of a composition of pipes, nozzles, fittings and one or more water supplies.

The purpose of a water spray screen is to prevent fire spread between buildings and/or objects.

(Automatic) water mist screens are used between all kinds of objects and are accepted as an equivalent solution by the government and insurance companies.

Water spray screens can be used in the following situations, among others:

• For upgrading fire-resistant facades and roofs.

Explanation: The water spray screen is used in this application to increase the fire resistance of the facade and/or roof.

• To shield sensitive objects.

Explanation: Radiation contours are used within the BRZO. Depending on the intensity and function of the receiving object, it may be necessary to reduce the radiation. The water mist screen can be used to achieve this reduction.
