Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Thiede is a full professor of Manufacturing Systems at the University of Twente. Prof. Thiede is interested in technologies, methods and tools for the planning and operation of manufacturing systems/factories. Besides others, battery manufacturing is one of his main application fields and he is also member of the Twente Centre of Advanced Battery Technology.
